Bart Makatche joined Glass Entertainment Group in October of 2005
and is currently the Senior Vice President of Programming & Production.
With a background in both field production and post-production,
Bart has played a key role in growing and managing both the
production and post-production departments.

From script to screen, Bart oversees every Glass Entertainment Group production and makes sure all projects are delivered on time to the networks, which included more than 10 major cable clients in 2020. His sound judgment, problem solving skills, and business acumen have been essential to the Glass Entertainment Group’s success. Additionally, Bart is also a key member of the company’s development team. Bart worked previously in mobile TV truck production, coordinated production for a high-profile

Washington, DC advertising and public relations firm, and produced non-fiction programming for various cable networks. Bart has contributed in his career to hundreds of hours of television.
Bart is a native of suburban Philadelphia and he graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania earning a B.A. in Communications with concentrations in Public Relations/Corporate Communications and the Electronic Media.
