J.C. Mills President & General Manager

Since switching from representing Glass Entertainment Group as its
agent to now overseeing the company as its President & General Manager,
J.C. Mills is charged with expanding the company's content portfolio and
pushing the company into new platforms and businesses.

More About J.C.

In addition to representing Glass Entertainment Group, J.C. represented a plethora of production companies, writers, directors and showrunners in the non-scripted/documentary space during his time at ICM Partners.

Before joining ICM Partners, J.C. was the Director of Development at the National Geographic Channel’s NY office.  He oversaw the development of pilots, specials and series, and served as the primary liaison for European producers and international formats.  While there, he executive produced None of the Above and the special Cycling High: Doping to Win.  He also oversaw the development of projects such as American GeniusInside Underground Poker, Duck Quacks Don’t Echo and Lords of War.

J.C. started his television career as an assistant to Debra Goldfarb at Rebel Entertainment Partners. He then worked on the International Distribution team at Shine/Reveille in LA before being transferred to their London office where he served as a sales executive for the UK, Ireland and EMEA.  He later moved back to Los Angeles as the VP, Acquisitions & Business Development, North America for Zodiak Rights.

J.C. has a B.A. in History from New York University and a J.D. from Touro Law Center.  Though he’s admitted to practice law in New York, he considers himself a “recovering attorney.”  He uses the training…not the license.
