Requirements

  • Must currently own a home in the greater Raleigh/Durham area
  • Are currently in need of design and construction help
  • Have a minimum reno and design budget of $100,000
  • Have 2-3 substantial living spaces in need of renovation (kitchens, bathrooms, main bedrooms, shared living areas)
  • Looking for energetic, outgoing homeowners who are ready to participate in the process on camera
